Depending on print volume, label width, and intended use, we offer four printer classes:
  • Desktop RFID printers (e.g., Zebra ZD621R, TSC TH240T, SATO CT4-LX-HC) - compact devices designed for use in workstations, laboratories, and retail locations with low to medium daily print volumes. Typical print width: 104 mm; resolution: 203 or 300 dpi.
  • Industrial RFID printers (e.g., Zebra ZT411R / ZT421R, TSC T6000e / MH261T, SATO CL4NX Plus RFID, Honeywell PX940 RFID, Printronix T6000e RFID) - designed for 24/7 continuous operation in production and logistics with print volumes of several thousand labels per day, a rugged metal housing, and print widths up to 168 mm.
  • Mobile RFID printers (e.g., Zebra ZQ630R) - for label-based data capture directly at the warehouse, yard, or in the field, featuring battery operation, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity, and IP54 protection.
  • Print engines for OEM integration (e.g., SATO S84-ex RFID, Zebra ZE521) - for integration into automated labeling lines, print-and-apply systems, and large-scale production lines.

  1. Frequency range - UHF/RAIN for logistics, supply chain, and asset tracking; HF/NFC for smart packaging, brand protection, library, and ticketing applications.
  2. Print and coding volume - Desktop devices typically handle up to 1,000 labels per day, while industrial devices handle 5,000 to 30,000+ labels per day at print speeds of 152–356 mm/s.
  3. Print resolution - 203 dpi for standard barcodes and plain text, 300 dpi for small fonts, intricate logos, and 2D codes, 600 dpi for pharmaceutical and component labeling using microtext.
  4. Label and Inlay Compatibility - Tag pitch starting at 6 mm, precise encoder positioning for short inlays and special geometries such as narrow inlays or on-metal tags.

Upon request, we can produce pre-coded and pre-printed labels in custom roll formats including a lookup table for serial number assignment.
