The CT NFC Label Ø45 mm pairs a round footprint with the broad smartphone compatibility of the NXP NTAG213. When an NFC tag has to sit flush on lids, caps, round product bases or circular labelling fields and must be readable by a simple tap on iOS and Android devices, this is the right choice. The NTAG213 follows the NFC Forum Type 2 Tag protocol and is therefore readable straight away by virtually any current smartphone, with no extra app needed.

The round 45 mm surface carries NDEF records – URLs for landing pages, vCards for digital business cards, Wi-Fi credentials or app launchers. With 144 bytes of user memory, the NTAG213 covers the typical tap-based use cases, while the factory-assigned 7-byte UID serves as an unchangeable tag identifier for authenticity checks or tap analytics. A 32-bit password authentication protects sensitive content from unauthorised overwriting.

Mechanically, the tag follows the matt white paper substrate with self-adhesive backing and is supplied as roll material. The round contour reduces mechanical stress on corners and edges, making this format particularly suited to objects that are frequently touched or wiped. The label is printed via thermal transfer or direct thermal on standard RFID printers fitted with an HF encoder.
