The Xerafy PICO Mini line delivers a coherent UHF RFID hard tag family for applications where classic industrial tags simply do not fit any longer. The three variants PICO Mini 100, PICO Mini 150 and PICO Mini 300 cover form factors ranging from just 10 mm to 13 mm in length while still providing UHF | RAIN – RFID performance that would have been unthinkable in this size class only a few years ago. Whether you need to label small tools, narrow components, electronic parts or safety-critical equipment, this line offers the right read range for each use case.

All three variants are powered by the NXP UCODE 8 IC with 96-bit TID and 128-bit EPC. The UCODE 8 is a proven industrial chip that combines high sensitivity with strong write performance – both essential for micro tags whose antenna footprint is inherently minimal. In the EU 865–868 MHz band, the three variants cover staggered read distances: the Mini 100 delivers up to 0.5 m, the Mini 150 up to 3 m and the Mini 300 up to 4 m read range on metal. That lets you pick exactly the right variant for each read geometry – from near-field scans at a tool cabinet to gate readers at a tool dispensing point.

All three variants are built on an FR4 PCB carrier with epoxy potting, which delivers mechanical robustness, chemical resistance and electrical stability. Operational and survival temperature are uniformly −40 °C to +85 °C, and compression strength sits at 1,200 kPa. The Mini 100 and Mini 150 carry an IP69K rating and are therefore approved for high-pressure hot-water cleaning, while the Mini 300 is IP68 rated.

• X1035-EUP00-U8 – Xerafy PICO Mini 100 in the EU configuration for 865–868 MHz with NXP UCODE 8. Micro form factor 10 x 3.50 x 1 mm at just 0.10 g, IP69K rated. Read range up to 0.5 m on metal. The choice for near-field identification of the smallest tools, weapon parts or electronic components where intentional avoidance of cross-reads on neighbouring tags is critical.
• X1204-EUP00-U8 – Xerafy PICO Mini 150 in the EU configuration for 865–868 MHz with NXP UCODE 8. Form factor 12 x 4 x 1.50 mm at 0.20 g, IP69K rated. Read range up to 3 m on metal. The mid-range option – ideal for tool dispensing, tool cribs and inventory scans where multiple metres of read distance are required.
• X1307-EUP00-U8 – Xerafy PICO Mini 300 in the EU configuration for 865–868 MHz with NXP UCODE 8. Form factor 13 x 7 x 3 mm at 0.70 g, IP68 rated. Read range up to 4 m on metal. The longest-range variant in the line for gate reads, doorway capture and larger storage shelves.
